Isaac's first lost tooth (say that three times fast!)

When we visited the dentist almost a month ago, the dentist noticed that Isaac's front two bottom teeth were loose. "Those will be out within the week," he announced. Well, I don't know what it is about my kids but they WILL NOT wiggle their own teeth out. They just let them sit in there while the permanent tooth erupts behind it, growing in the wrong place.
Well, the same thing held true for Isaac. He's been REALLY excited to loose his teeth, but won't do anything about it. Ken's willing to pull them out if he thinks they'll come, I won't even touch them unless they're 99% out (which of course never happens with my kids).
Anyway, last night it was time for Ken to try. Isaac danced around crooning, "I'm gonna get my teeth out, woo-hoo, my little teeth out, woo-hoo!" over and over. Then Ken pulled the first one and Isaac sat on my lap for the next 20 minutes crying. No amount of coaxing from the other kids could get him to get the second one pulled. Teeth pulling is one dramatic event at our house!

See the permanent tooth that's nearly half way in!
