...but they obviously knew what they were talking about. Ken took it out early a.m. the next morning to fly with some buddies from work. He did some test runs down the parking lot, not really taking off, but making sure it ran and turned properly. Then he felt ready. The take off was nice, the first dozen seconds were good, then suddenly it faltered, dipped and plunged to its early death, less than 12 hours from its official birth!
Poor sad Ken! He loved it while it lasted!! Yesterday in the mail came another victim, I mean, airplane. :) Cross your fingers everybody!!
Reese's face says it all, "Oops, Dad! Do you know what kind of trouble we'd be in..."
