On our way home from Vegas, Ken and I stayed in Ogden an extra day and a half to visit with Grandma and Grandpa Rohde, Uncle Paul's family (luckily they survived having our kids for 5 days) and Evelyn, Freeman, and Joshua who were visiting from Albuquerque. We celebrated Evelyn, Ken, Joshua, and Georgia's birthdays while we were there. It was sure fun to see everyone and so nice of Grandma to make the birthday cakes and a Pinata!
We left Ogden with Kraig, Ben, and Elizabeth (Paul and Mel's kids) on the afternoon of Monday, August 11th. They would hang out with us the next day and come to Georgia's birthday party we had on the evening of the 12th. She wanted it at the pool where she took swimming lessons so we booked it there. SO much easier than having the party at home, especially since we were packing up to go camping the next day. I think it was a hit!
Reese, Isaac, and Lizzie took good naps in the car on the way home.
All the heads in the first pool except for one were kids at our party. We had thirteen and I kept counting them every couple of minutes to make sure we hadn't lost any.
